Thank you for your continued support and use of Quadcept.
We would like to inform you that starting Wednesday, March 1, 2023, we will revise the license fees for our electronic CAD software, Quadcept.
Twelve years ago, we entered the legacy electronic CAD industry with a strong desire to deliver tools that prioritize our customers’ voices above all else. Thanks to your ongoing support, we have released numerous feature enhancements and services over the past 12 years. Today, Quadcept has been downloaded over 70,000 times and has grown into a widely used service.
Many of our users now evaluate Quadcept as being “on par with high-end electronic CAD systems.” However, our mission goes beyond that — we aim to offer a manufacturing platform that connects electronic CAD with cloud services. We remain committed to evolving Quadcept together with you.
This price revision is not only a response to rising operational costs but also part of our initiative to support the development of advanced features and further improve our services in the future.
We are undertaking the following specific initiatives:
- Enhancement of service infrastructure (including servers)
- Strengthening of information security measures
- Reinforcement of the service development framework
- Addition of high-end features to the electronic CAD "Quadcept"
- Enhancement of the manufacturing platform "Quadcept Force"
- Expansion of customer support structure

To Our Current License Users
Regarding the License Fees for Existing Contracts
For licenses that have already been ordered or contracted, the current pricing will remain in effect until your next order date*. No additional charges will be applied during this period, so please rest assured. You can check your order history and license usage period via Quadcept Manager.
Regarding License Fees at the Time of Your Next Order
If the license order date falls on or after Wednesday, March 1, 2023, the revised pricing will be applied.
* Please note: the "order date" is not the same as the "license usage start date."
To Those Not Currently Using a License
If you place a license order on or after Wednesday, March 1, 2023, the revised pricing will apply.
Regarding License Fees at the Time of Your Next Order
If the license order date falls on or after Wednesday, March 1, 2023, the revised pricing will be applied.
* Please note: the "order date" is not the same as the "license usage start date.

Rest assured — our discount programs (e.g., renewal discount and volume discount) will continue to apply.
I Would Like a Quotation Based on the Revised Pricing
If you need a quotation reflecting the revised pricing before the effective date, please contact us via the inquiry form.After the effective date, you will also be able to download the quotation from Quadcept Manager.
Please note that it may take longer than usual to prepare the quotation. We kindly ask that you contact us well in advance of your required deadline.
Can I Place My License Order Earlier?
When Placing a New License Order
When placing a new license order, you can set the license start date up to one month after the purchase date.
For example, if you place a new license order on January 1, 2023, you may set the license start date to any day between January 1 and January 31, 2023.
Therefore, while it is possible to place your order earlier, please be mindful of the range in which the start date can be set.
When Renewing an Existing License
If you are renewing (extending the usage period of) an existing license, you can renew it even before the price revision date.
For example, even if your current license is set to expire on June 1, 2023, you can place a renewal order before the price revision date.
For users whose licenses are set to automatically renew 14 days before the expiration date via the system’s auto-renewal function, it is also possible to manually place a renewal order through Quadcept Manager.
