This page explains how to tune the length of each route by manually entering the length value.

Tuning Route Length (Segment)
The instructions that follow explain how you can tune the length of each route in your design.
(1) Select a route in the PCB design sheet.
(2) Enter any value to the Route Length (Segment) field in the Property Window, and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
  The route length is changed in accordance with the value you have entered.
