Shortcut Keys

It is possible to assign shortcut keys for each menu in Quadcept.

Shortcut Setting Dialog


Dialog Description
Item Description

Filter

Selecting a category from a pull-down list permits you to narrow down the items according to the selected category.
Also, you can narrow them down by entering a word. The search is performed by an exact match and wild-card characters are available.

Show the assigned command only

Only commands with shortcuts assigned are shown.

Use Default

Initializes the shortcut key settings.

Read File

Reads a setting file.

Save File

Saves a setting file.

Unset

Cancel the shortcut assigned with a selected index.

Opening Shortcut Setting Dialog
The following will explain how to open the shortcut setting dialog.
(1) Select [Settings] => [Customize Menu].
(2) Click the "Shortcut" tab.
The setting dialog for shortcuts will be displayed.

 


Setting Shortcut Keys
The following will explain how to set shortcut keys.
(1) Select a command from the "Index", and then press shortcut key(s) that you want to set from your keyboard.

* If you input a menu name to the "Filter" box, it will be easier to extract and find.
Assigned key(s) will be shown in the Shortcut column.

 


You can also confirm assigned Shortcut Keys from the menus.

Canceling Assigned Shortcut Keys
The following will explain how to cancel assigned shortcut keys.
(1) Select the menu from which you want to remove the assigned shortcut.
(2) Click the "Unset" button.
The assigned key in the Shortcut column will be removed.

OEM stands for "Original Equipment Manufacturer".
Key input reserved for addition (expand) by the keyboard manufacturer.
